Where should the salt-chlorine generator be installed in the pool equipment?
On average, most pools will need the saltwater generator to be on 8-12 hours per day. This will produce adequate levels of chlorine to clean your pool water.
How many gallons does it treat? Is it work for above-ground pools?
It is designed for in-ground pools up to 40,000 gallons, for above-ground pool is 15,000 gallons.
How long does a titanium cell last?
The lifespan of a salt chlorine generator depends on the number of titanium salt cells it contains. inground pool salt chlorine generators, equipped with 11 titanium salt cells, can last up to 13,000 hours, equivalent to about 7 years. In contrast, above-ground pool salt chlorine generators, which have only 3 titanium salt cells, typically have a shorter lifespan of around 2 years.
When should you not use a salt chlorine generator?
Never operate the Salt Chlorine Generator without proper flow or water circulation. A build-up of flammable gases will result in hazardous conditions.
How about the salt chlorine generator warranty time?
for the inground pool salt chlorine generator, the warranty is 7 years, and the above-ground salt chlorine generator warranty time is 2 years.
Can children use the Westaho Saltwater Pool System?
No, to reduce the risk of injury, children should not use this product.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Average shipping time is about 2 to 7 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 0-1 days after your order has been shipped.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Briidea reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.
